Wir hatten vor ca. zwei Wochen eine Schiffstour durch die Schären von Stockholm gebucht, allerdings hatten wir keine Unterlagen für die Tour aus Deutschland mitgenommen. Ein Zugriff auf das E-Mail war leider auch nicht möglich. Der sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter von Stromma fand schnell unseren Zahlungseingang und schickte uns eine Bestätigung, sodass wir unsere Unterlagen komplett hatten. Leider konnte die Fahrt aufgrund eines Defekts des Schiffes nicht durchgeführt werden.
Trotz allem möchten wir uns nochmals für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe bedanken. 🙏

Massive rip off for Tourists. When I complained to crew, I got assaulted and thrown off the boat. 280€ per person to basically do the same thing you get for 30€ on the public ferry

The ferry was completely overcrowded. From the start, a lot of people had to stand! On the two-hour journey to Grinda, more people were allowed on board several times, even though there was no space at all. I would never book again!!!

The land component was atrocious with 90% of the audio connectors inoperable in this Hop-On Rip-Off experience. It was lightly raining when we purchased the combo water/land tickets. I objected but was railroaded by my friend's wife into getting the combo tickets. All the while the sales reps gladly pushed the combo tickets. I'm sure they new the weather would not improve. We were unable to use the water portion since the weather worsened markedly over the course of the day. After Madrid, Lisbon, Stockholm, & Copenhagen on the Hop-On Rip-Off experience, no more for me. I've had my fill and learned my lesson.

!!Stay away from this boat company!!

We went on a company dinner / meeting event with meeting room booking for our company, and it wasn’t worth it. Ridiculous expensive for a large party and a waste of money, I don’t recommend this boat company to anyone. Sorry

The staff and crew were extremely unfriendly. POOR SERVICE.

The restaurant is operated by a different company altogether. We had problems with the food and we had complained after the boat trip, but they didn’t seem to care much. We still paid the bill, no apologies or emails asking how we can change in the further, no customer service at all. Don’t expect to get any type of customer service on this boat. Most of the people working here are underpaid, seem a bit miserable, so don’t expect much help.

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but I feel that I need to be honest so that others don’t make the same mistake.

We went on a boat ride from Stockholm to Drottingholm palace. It was absolutely not worth spending this ridiculous amount of money on the tour. The dirty and smelly boat clearly carried way more people (about 250) than it was built for and is not looked after. This left about 150 passengers including elderly people and children standing or sitting on the dirty floor. It also meant that most people couldn’t see the beautiful scenery that we were passing. One square meter of space on a dirty floor is not at all worth the money.The staff was not helpful at all and quite rude. You should definitely look for an alternative to get to the palace. The Palace, Chinese Pavilion and theatre were stunning but the bot ride was horrendous.

Wir haben eine boots Tour durch die Schären gemacht. Statt den angekündigten 2 1/2 h hat es dann 3 h gedauert. Zu sehen gab es immer nur das selbe. Ferienhäuser auf den Inseln. Das Wetter war schlecht an diesem Tag also konnte man das Meer nicht einmal genießen. Es war total langweilig und viel zu lange. Meine Schwester und ich sind sogar eingeschlafen. Die Kaffee bar ist eine Katastrophe... zu trinken gab es “Schokolade”. Ein pulverpack das man selbst mit heißem wasser aufgießen musste in einem Pappbecher zum Preis von ca 3,50€...
zudem war es auf dem Boot furchtbar laut, so dass ich die Dame, die Informationen gab noch verstanden habe. Es hat nach Abgasen gerochen und die 2 Sterne sind eine äußerst gnädige Bewertung und lediglich verdient da das Personal recht freundlich war.
