This kotikatu vuosaari is mostly lazy house maintenance I even see I'm living in Bertha pauligin katu I have call them last week to come to fix something in my house they told me they will come in that's very day I waited I didn't see any one I call again the customer service to me they will come next day and they didn't come again this is almost a one week I didn't hear from them I decided to call again the customer service was started shouting on me on phone that's they will come when they have time. My reason I'm commenting about this issue us that's the house maintenance are not taking care of those apartments one the sourranding are dirty they are not cleaning inside the steps are so dirty no one is coming to clean it imagine they garage is full of dust normally they clean the clean the garage 4 time in a year I think they never come and it since the building was build in 2023 this vuosaari kotikatu is the worst maintenance company I ever see in my life lazy workers including the customer service there I came here one month ago I never seen apartments areas that's most dirty in vuosaari I think is the maintenance company fault when you come inside the compounds where kids are playing is not we'll kept is dirty is not good this apartment are the yellow building a new apartment is a shameful to this company that's they done do there's job there's a lot of things that's need to be done they are nor take care of it's this are the problem I have been contacting them and inform them many times I have concluded that's they done do nothing this place are family and kids living in this building this place should be well kept and clean in and out also when we need a help something in our apartment they should respond as soon as possible .

Jotkut asiat ovat hoituneet joten kuten, mutta monessa asiassa on ollut suuria ongelmia. Hyvin puutteellinen kommunikointi ja menevät usein vielä paljon matalammalta kuin missä aita on matalin, epäammattimaisesti. Virheiden osalta 1/5, mutta koska jotakin myös hoituu, niin 2/5.
