I booked our honeymoon trip to the US through FlySmarter and had a really good experience. We had a multi-city trip planned, which can be tricky, but their customer service was super helpful and made it all easy. What I appreciated most was how quickly they responded, usually within a few hours. They were always friendly and polite, and they actually listened to what I wanted. All my requests were handled without any back and forth or problems. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Everything went smoothly, and they made the whole booking process stress-free for us.

I am very disappointed with FlySmarter. I booked a ticket with them and received an e-ticket, but it is impossible to add my booking to the Air China or Austrian Airlines app. I tried every number they sent me (order number, ticket number, etc.) and none of them work.

I contacted their support twice and even paid extra for “priority support,” but they were not able to help me at all. Instead, they told me that Air China does not allow adding tickets booked through FlySmarter to the airline’s app – which is completely incorrect. Every legitimate airline ticket should have a booking reference (PNR) that works directly in the airline’s system.

My flight is only later this year, but after these experiences I honestly doubt whether everything will go smoothly when the time comes. So far, I have received no solution, only excuses. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend booking with FlySmarter.

I've booked international flights with them several times. Even when airlines have canceled, the customer support team has helped me find alternatives.

Not sure why they have such low reviews. For me, I've never had a problem booking with them and will continue to use their services.

Vår opplevelse har vært utelukkende positiv. Bestilte en reise for 3 voksne og 2 barn fra Norge til USA, og fikk presentert en god rute til en betydelig bedre pris enn gjennom flyselskapene direkte. Alt var i rute og jeg fikk raske svar på de få spørsmål jeg hadde i forkant. Alle fikk seter ved siden av hverandre. Leser at mange har trøbbel med Flysmarter ved eventuelle forsinkelser osv, men det fikk vi heldigvis ikke oppleve. Heller ingen problemer med innsjekket bagasje som jeg har lest at enkelte har hatt. Så alt i alt en god opplevelse til en rimeligere pris enn ved å booke direkte fra flyselskapene.

Helt klart discount, service skal tilkøbes eller der tilkommer gebyr hvis de skal hjælpe.
Vi havde tilkøbt service, og mail blev besvaret ganske hurtigt selv en søndag.
Herfra er det jo så op til fly selskabet hvor godt de så servicerer de eksterne kunder.

Wir haben Ende Februar 2025 einen Multi-Stopp-Flug mit insgesamt 6 Flügen bei zwei verschiedenen Airlines für 4 Personen gebucht. Buchungsbestätigung und E-Tickets kamen innerhalb von 30 Minuten.
Die Flüge im April 2025 haben reibungslos geklappt. (Verspätungen lagen in der Verantwortung der einzelnen Airline.) Eine einzige organisatorische Frage beim ersten Check-In kam auf. Diese wurde sehr schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Die Antwort führte direkt und einfach zur Problemlösung.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med selskapet deres. De betalte tilbake pengene mine dagen etter. For Norwegian hadde ikke mottatt pengene for bagasjen min. Selv om det var betalt. Jeg måtte betale på nytt på Gardermoen. Men jeg fikk de tilbake dagen etter jeg hadde sagt ifra.
