2500 € die Nacht, dann muss aber auch der Rest stimmen. Das passt nicht. Das Frühstück ärmlich für den Preis, das Abendessen von Portion und Preis in keinem Verhältnis.

Es wird für die beste Kategorie unfassbar gecharged, während andere Kategorien viel günstiger sind. Das ganze Hotel entspricht preislich eher den kleineren Kategorien.

Koffer durften wir bei Abreise (nochmal 2500 € die Nacht) selbst durch den Schnee zur Rezeption karren.

Der Service passt überhaupt nicht zu dem Preis.

Die Zimmer sind toll, kann man nichts sagen.

Aber für 2500 die Nacht muss deutlich mehr passieren. Absolut das Geld nicht wert. Wir kommen nicht wieder.
Mit Abstand das schlechteste Gesamtpaket was wir jemals in so einer Preisklasse erlebt haben.

Der Preis, der angemessen gewesen wäre läge bei ca. 700 € pro Nacht.

1.行李得自己拖去房间.
这要是在春夏秋季我不介意 但是大冬天 要人自己拖行李 很难拖好不好?
2.灯光影响看极光.
其他房客人出门不关灯 超影响人 建议酒店提醒客人出门请关完房间灯 不是每个客人都会自觉的.
3.晚餐不多样化选择.
晚餐只有3个主食选项 全都是不吃的. 建议有车的直接去市区里吃 或者打包好食物带去酒店吃.
整体来说 房间超棒 但服务和食物就真的一般.

Although we didn’t stay here, we did get a tour of one of the igloos and ate lunch in the restaurant that’s on the property. We found the front desk team and our servers to be very friendly. I particularly enjoyed our wine pairing lunch of which our waitress was able to tell us a few stories about each wine and dish as it was served. It really was a great start to our winter wonderland experience in beautiful Levi.

This is beyond! What a experience! It was magical, this is absolutely a must do. When you step in to the resort you feel very welcome and almost family.
Everyone is so kind and professional at the same time. The rooms are breathtaking and the view is amazing. We where lucky to have a show from Mother Nature from our bed. I highly recommend the Utsu restaurant - the food was amazing and local and Oskar to! Team Golden Crown - levin Iglut - thank you so much for this unforgettable day and night.

Enjoyed the stay a lot even though we were unlucky with the weather and did not see any northern lights during the night. You can purchase an aurora alert for ~10€ which you might expect to be included considering the prices you pay per night. We did not opt for the alert since the forecast wasn‘t good anyways but I wonder if we would have gotten any notification since there were sightings in the early morning hours in Levi.

The restaurant offers a very good menu. We had the 3-course menu and regular a la carte and every dish was great! Considering the overall price tag of the stay, the restaurants prices are fair.
Also the breakfast buffet was very good - way better than the average hotel buffet!

Be aware that the jacuzzi can only be reservated if the big igloos are not rented during that time. Unfortunately, there was no chance to get it reserved during our stay.

Very disappointing!
We came here for 2 nights, of course with high expectations in line with the huge price we paid for a suite igloo. What we received in return – no cleaning of the room even if we were asked to communicate to reception the time we need the room to be cleaned (we indicated after 1 pm).
Location is very beautiful and the igloos are well equipped, but the ratio price/quality is very low!
The “surprise dinner” is something to be avoided. You have nothing to choose from, but just 3 or 5 course menu which is anyway not at the “level” of this location. If you have a car, I recommend driving 13 min to Levi for King Crab House and you would enjoy an excellent lunch/dinner at better prices in a very nice atmosphere!
Breakfast is very good, but this is a must for such a location, the same as for all the other services they did not meet!
After we experienced other 2 luxury igloo resorts in Lapland, we would definitely not return to Levin Iglut again!

レヴィで３泊するうちの１泊でここを利用。
レヴィ滞在中はずっと曇りで、ガラスイグルーに泊まった晩も、北方向は曇り空で、２０時過ぎのKP Indexは０。肉眼で北斗七星が確認できる程度のため、あきらめて、イグルー内で寛いでいると、２１時半頃から北西方向に白い層が出始め、KP Indexは０だが、カメラ経由でオーロラを確認！
それから、強弱や場所の変化はあるものの、２４時頃まで、北西から北東までの幅広い範囲でオーロラを楽しめました。ガラスイグルーという暖かい環境の中でぬくぬくと、また、極寒地でのオーロラ撮影の弱点である、カメラの電池が冷えて消耗する心配もなく、寛ぎながらオーロラ鑑賞と撮影が出来、ガラスイグルーの素晴らしさを痛感しました。
我々は本当にラッキーでしたが、オーロラ鑑賞できる天候であれば、ガラスイグルーは、非常に良い選択になるでしょう。
今回、プレミアムイグルーを利用したので、イグルー群の中では、北方向の最前列に立地していますが、さらに前の方に、高さ的には一段低くなっていますが、やや大型のガラスイグルーが３棟並んでいます。ツアーガイドから貰った地図によると、イグルーは１～２３の番号で、それらは、１０１～１０３となっていますが、ホテルの施設かどうかは不明。
この１０１棟の照明がずっとつきっぱなしで、結局、２４時過ぎに寝る時も、消えることがありませんでした。
我々の部屋からは北東に位置するのですが、ここの明かりのせいで、北東方向を撮影する場合は、地上風景を入れることが出来無くなりました。（縦方向の写真が北東向き。１０１棟の照明は消えていますが、朝の5時40分です。２番イグルーの前方に１０２棟の出入口が見えます。）
１０１棟の施設がホテル管理であるか不明なため、サービスは３としましたが、ホテル管理であるならば０。

Wir waren im Januar 2024 hier . Alles war fantastisch. Polarlichter gesehen toll übernachtet. Ich war total begeistert und allem und der Landwirtschaft. Konnte leider keine eigenen Bilder von den Polarlichtern machen, da ich nicht das neueste Handy hatte.
